What is worst than labour? It has to be a plugged duct!! If you ever had it, you know it hurts like heck. Once milk gets backed up in the breast, it can quickly become engorged if not relieved, and if it is left untreated, it can quickly develop into the dreaded mastitis (Breast Infection).
Liquid Sunflower Lecithin is a natural fat emulsifier which helps to reduce the "stickiness" of breast milk and it deters fats from clumping together in your milk ducts. It assist to loosen existing fatty clogs and improve milk flow. Sunflower lecithin helps to draw out the hindmilk faster and you should notice improved milk quality for your expressed milk.
Note: If you received your bottle and it has solidified simply warm it up to get the oil flowing :)

Plugged DuctsSuggested Use: For plugged ducts, take 1 teaspoon daily. For daily maintenance, take a half teaspoon daily. If preferred, add to your beverage of choice.
Shake before use and store at room temperature.

I was trying to find something to help me manage an oversupply and i am having clogged ducts every now and then so when i tried the liquid sunflower lecithin, i am surprised that it didn't take so long to see the effects. So satisfying to see the milk ducts unclogging during a pump session!
Took the sunflower lechitin and eventhough there were still block ducts, there were more letdowns and it was easier for me to clear those ducts! Despite the taste and consistency of the liquid, i would hands down by this again
I was having clog duct problems for about 3 weeks. Nothing worked. Until I finally tried sunflower lecithin. It worked like magic and up till today (about 2 weeks) later. I do not have any more clogged ducts. Amazing product!
