Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return refund is for NON edibles only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and SEALED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When wanting to return goods, before anything please contact us at hello@legendairymilk.sg
Please include your order number and order confirmation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For all order cancellation we will refund as Store Credit.
Please note all cancellation of order will be charged 3.5 % + $0.50 for bank transaction fees by your service provider.
There are certain situations where no refunds or returns are granted
-Edible items (supplements)
-Breastfeeding Class or event NO SHOW
-Breast Pump accessories where the seal is broken or opened up.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as store credit on our website legendairymilk.sg, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hoomie Inc Pte Ltd, 53 KIM KEAT ROAD 05-02B S328823 MUN HEAN BUILDING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We only accept trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
