Great was to buy your favourite supplements once you know what works for you. For me, Pump Princess, Cash Cow and Lechita do the trick. I alternate between them and have found that my production has increased and my milk is thicker. Still supplementing with forumula but finding I need less. Hoping to keep reducing the amount needed. I recommend trying alongside increasing intake of protein, omega 3 (avocado, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds have helped) and things additions like brewers yeast.

But milkapooza was the star, it helped so much to boost my supply
I knew I wanted to try Milkpalooza, Lechita and Pump Princess so this was the best way for me to get all three and figure out which ones suits me and helped my milk production. Unfortunately Pump Princess didn’t hit the mark for me but the other two are now a staple in my breastfeeding journey!
Had tried cash cow, liquid gold and pump princess. Wanted to try out Milkapalooza and lechita as well so got another bestseller bundle
Had previously tried the bestseller bundle and found pump princess good for supply and milkapalooza was great for increasing fat content of milk. Wanted to try cash cow also so got this bundle. So far for me a combination of pump princess and milkapalooza seems to be the best option for both supply and fat content.
