Lactivist® is made witha plant called torbangun, which has been used as a breastmilk stimulant after birth by Indonesian Bataknese mothers for many hundreds of years. New mamas traditionally consumed torbangun soup during their confinement after giving birth, because this powerful herb not only boost breastmilk production but it's also rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron to assist in postpartum fatigue and tiredness, and it also enrich the milk quality increasing fat content and nutrition. In a clinical study, three groups of 30 women each were given fenugreek, torbangun or B12 for 30 days. The torbangun group saw a 65% increase in breastmilk volume in the last 2 weeks of the study. This increase was much higher than with the groups receiving B12 or fenugreek which were only 10% and 20% respectively. Read more about our ingredients »

I only discovered Legendairy midway through my 1st breastfeeding journey. I battled with initial low supply, but Legendairy had helped a lot thereafter. Now that my 2nd one is to be born, I am getting ready earlier and will be taking Cash Cow after Week 36
Works Best With LG

I’ve been taking Cash Cow and Lechita ever since 1 month PP. With Lechita, I definitely see that my baby was more calm and less colicky. Cash Cow helps to make my milk have more of the fatty layer. Lactavist was a game changer for me. After taking lactavist, my let down would last for as long as 15mins. In 1 pumping session(30mins) I can get up to 3 let down. Overall this 3 products works well for me. On the occasional times that I do get blocked duct, sunflower lecithin is the way to go.
