Liquid gold and milkapalooza work better for me
The combination of pump princess and milkapalooza worked better for me than liquid gold. I take this right after my meal and then pump not long after. That seems to work. You however need to constantly pump out your milk - especially at night!
latching doesn’t work for me and baby so I pump my milk instead. I am hardworking when it comes to pumping but I am still a low supply mother. Tried so many lactation products from supplements to cookies and tea but none of them work for me until one of my colleague introduced legendairy to me. So I got the lactation support bundle to try and my milk supply does increase by 30ml per pump and that is considered a lot to me! I am so happy that I had finally found the right products in my breastfeeding journey.
I’m an under supplier but liquid gold and pump princess worked after 4-5days, doubled my production, boosted my supply and helped maintain my supply, by psychologically convincing me that I was capable of producing that amount. My breasts felt fuller faster as well!
First time trying lactation bundle as I was low in milk supply & each pump I yield only 20-30 ml for both sides with 3 hourly pump interval. The lactation bundle was a saviour, I did see my supply increase after 3 days. After finishing the trial bundle, now I am able to pump about 120ml per session.
