This nipple ruler helped me measure my nipple size accurately and buy the right flange sizes. This is so important for ensuring I don’t bruise my nipples during pumping.

The ruler provided a convenient way to measure nipple size.The instruction on the ruler was also very helpful to find out the correct flange size. It turned out that the size of the flange I needed was not the same between left and right.
