unsuccessful with slacker boob pumping or latching?
So you have a dud... We feel you.
The slacker boob is very common and almost every nursing or pumping mother has experienced it. While one breast is the super powerhouse, the other breast just won't seem to cooperate. It can be frustrating! We cannot guarantee that Lechita will turn your "dud" into a "stud" but it'll do its damn best to try!
Lechita is formulated with a blend of organic ingredients designed to encourage the flow of breast milk and assist in let down. Fennel seed can optimise the quantity and quality of your breast milk while the other supporting herbs like anise and caraway may provide calming effects that help to reduce stress and tension, promoting the milk ejection reflex. Anise and caraway are also traditional remedies for digestive support, which will pass through your milk to soothe a gassy baby. Available in 60 & 180 capsules. Read more about our ingredients »

causes of slacker boob
A slacker boob, or the uneven milk production between breasts, can be caused by various factors such as hormonal imbalances, anatomical differences, or latch issues. Sometimes, your baby might prefer one breast over the other, leading to uneven stimulation and milk production.
tips for slacker boob pumping
To address a slacker boob, try the following tips whenever you are pumping:
- Start expressing milk on the slacker boob to encourage better stimulation and milk production.
- Switch sides frequently during pumping to ensure both breasts receive equal stimulation.
- Apply warm compresses to the slacker boob before pumping to promote milk flow.
- Massage the slacker boob during pumping sessions to stimulate milk production.
Lechita is a thoughtfully formulated milk flow supplement designed to assist with various breastfeeding challenges, such as uneven milk production or a slacker boob. When used in conjunction with a consistent pumping routine, Lechita can complement and enhance the overall breastfeeding experience for both mother and baby.
how does Lechita complement slacker boob pumping?
Here's how Lechita can complement pumping to improve breastfeeding:
Improved milk flow
Lechita contains a blend of organic ingredients that work together to encourage milk flow and assist with letdown. When pumping, this can help ensure a smoother, more efficient experience, leading to more milk being expressed in a shorter amount of time.
Reduced stress and tension
The calming effects of some ingredients in Lechita, such as anise and caraway, can help reduce stress and tension during pumping sessions. This can promote the milk ejection reflex, making pumping more effective and comfortable.
Enhanced milk nutrition
The organic herbs in Lechita not only work to increase milk production but also help enrich breast milk. This means that your baby will receive the optimal nutrients they need for healthy growth and development.
Soothing effects for baby
Some of the ingredients in Lechita, such as anise and caraway, are traditional remedies for digestive support. These soothing properties can be passed through your milk to your baby, helping to alleviate gassiness and colic symptoms.
Support for slacker boob
If you're dealing with a slacker boob or uneven milk production, Lechita can help by encouraging more balanced milk production between both breasts. When used in conjunction with targeted pumping strategies, such as longer pumping sessions on the slacker boob, Lechita can contribute to a more consistent and balanced milk supply. You can also consider getting an electric breast pump in Singapore to express milk more effectively.

FAQs
How do I know which products are right for me?
We all have unique body chemistries and sometimes a little trial and error is necessary to find the right lactation product for your body’s needs. We often suggest a bestseller bundle to start, so that you can test out 3 popular products at a reduced price.
Why is this not Gluten-Free?
Goat's rue is not gluten-free. In order to get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Lechita has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it still doesn't meet our strict testing standards.
What are the benefits of this product?
The herbs in Lechita have been shown to aid in digestive support for parents and babies, ease gassiness, offer calming effects and assist with milk flow and let-downs.
Can I combine supplements?
We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.
How long does it take to start working?
Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.
How soon after birth should I start taking the product?
For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.
Are these safe to take while pregnant?
Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Lechita while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.
What time of day should I take the products?
3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
When does the product expire?
Lechita has a 3 year expiration date from manufacturing. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.
I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?
Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much.
How long should I take the product?
It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.
Can I take this along with Sunflower Lecithin?
Absolutely and many parents do!
Do your products contain fillers?
Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in the capsules are the herbs listed on the back of the bottle.
How should I store this product?
We recommend storing the products in a cool, dry place.
